Revised Peugeot 308 revealed!
The Peugeot you see above is the newly revised 308, with some significant changes to the exterior look. The updated 308 will have darkened, more aggressive looking headlights, LED day-time-running-lights, more subtle front grille, and a strip of chrome at the boot lid.
No changes to the already decent interior, but the whole 308 model range had lost an averaged weight of 25kg by removing unnecessary mass. One more thing worth mentioning about the new 308 is the new 1.6 liter turbocharged petrol engine with 200hp, which comes with the top-of-the-range GT THP 200 model. Note that it is called the GT not GTI, so it is still not considered a hot hatch. Hopefully the more meatier and meaner GTI will be coming soon.
Prices in the UK starts from £15,245 while the warmer GT model will start from £22,445 and will include many luxuries for example, 18 inch alloy rims, full panoramic sunroof, part leather sport seats and much more. The new Peugeot 308 will be shown at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, so please stay tuned for more!
